Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Kindly take note that all products are confirmed for purchase via our shopping cart and have been accepted by our Online Transfer Payment Gateway E-GHL or Offline Bank Transfer, captioned purchase are strictly non-cancellable and payments made are strictly non-refundable. In order to let our end-user customers have 100% satisfaction of purchase from our website, we will gladly accept return and exchange on new merchandises 7 days from the date you received your order as long as you follow our return guidelines for 1 (one) time only :

(i) All returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included.
(ii) Seals & tags must still be intact and attached for all returns.
(iii) Returned products must be properly packed in well condition for the return delivering process,
(iv) Reasons for Return & Exchange must be stated,
(v) Should there be any item damage due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours with proof of photos.

Your Returns and Exchange request must be submitted to our customer service team via email to us. Please include the followings in the email:

(i) Your Order Number,
(ii) Your Email Address,
(iii) Your Personal Details – full name, contact handphone number & order delivering address,
(iv) Your Justify Reasons for Return & Exchange.

Upon acceptance of the request, you will receive an email stating so, but the cost of returning delivery to our company and exchange delivery back to you (if needed) are fully under your own cost, except Defective products. Please kindly don’t return back to us without receiving our email of acceptance for return & exchange, otherwise the return of products are not accepted.

If you are not satisfied by defects on the products, please contact our customer services team for assistance and the team will investigate the problem and arrange an exchange of the product with a new one if necessary and justified. Please kindly don’t return back to us without receiving our email of acceptance for return & exchange, otherwise the return of personalizated products will not be accepted. You have 7 days to exchange for your order(if it is defective) once your case has been received.

Those products accepted for return and exchange, we will provide for you with an returning address stated in the email of acceptance for return & exchange.
